Florida Best Property Management
Florida Best Property Management
Today’s thoughts that I put in writing is about Florida Best Property Management service. A bit over a year ago, I arrived to Florida. Soon Ella’s Vacation Rentals was recognized as the Best Vacation Rental Home Agency in Fort Myers Beach. The property that I put up on market is almost booked solid for the entire 2015 season. It is only August 2015. Many of the guests that stayed with me last year are returning. Some did not remember the listing number and simple Googled my name, Ella. Others have told me that their friends and family member highly recommended me. Here is the Calendar for 2015:
I was not considering myself as Florida Best Property Management place, but my guests game me the recognition. Thus, I would like to thank every one for the kind words, five star reviews, the respect, consideration and most importantly loyalty. Loyalty pays off! The vacation rental rates are going up each year and this year, I am renting the place at a way higher price. My success is shown in high profit numbers deposited into my bank account. Thus, to all my loyal guests, I offer a bit of the discount. Here, I give my personal thank you to my loyal guests, who helped me to become the Florida Best Property Management place.
Dear Susan, you were one of my best guests in regards to being very personable. When you staid at the cabin, it felt my you were my dear friend, as we had out conversations in regards to the road, you driving on it, the nature, etc. I am glad that you enjoy staying at the North Carolina Cabin. Please call me at any time, I would love to give you my personal welcoming to the Smokey Mountains! Can’t wait till your next visit in October!
Dear Steven, you are one of my best guests in regards to operating just like me, direct, efficient and quick. I always admire your prompt cash payments when you managed to fill-in all my un-occupied days! I always happy to accommodate your business / executive lifestyle on your short notice.
And there were many others, Jean, Yulia, Rebecca, Bob, Jennell, Javier… more on my testimonial page: http://ellasvacationrentals.com/testimonial/ Thank you guys!
You guys are in my Travel club for life time loyalty discount. #EllasVIPclub
Unlike most Property Management companies, I don’t really represent the home. My way of operating brings me to my success.
I represent the guest/the traveller/ the nomadic gypsy type creature. I find humanity fascinating and I am thrilled to communicate to each of my guests.
The business side of it: Guest is the one who pays hefty rate for the accommodations, thus bring the profit/income to the owner of the accommodation. If the guest is not happy, the profit is gone. The business will not make it. Do I treat is as a business? There was nothing in my life that I did I treated as the business. Every project, I was involved in, I put my heart to it, and injected with my passion. I am ruled by Passion, until the day of when, I am not 🙂
What my guests are passionate about? Are my guests happy? Do my guest have their dream vacation in mind? What do I do to get them close to their dream? Many of you I had an honor to met in person.
Thank you my dear nomadic creatures for my success, thank you for your loyalty.
Respectfully,
Ella

Fort Myers Beach Transportation
Fort Myers Beach Transportation
I get a lot of enquiries wondering about the transportation; Fort Myers Beach transportation, Fort Myers transportation, etc.
Getting Around:
DownTown Fort Myers: It is residential area. Car is necessary. About 15 min from Fort Myers Airport
Fort Myers Beach: Car is recommended, but not necessary. There is a trolley that is very cheap if you need to go grocery shopping and do not feel like to cary the groceries home.
Paradise House: Royal Blue Beach Suite, Aqua beach Suite and Sky Blue Beach Suite are about 1 mile from Time Square, where there is a busy night life. It is easy 10 to 15 min walking distance. The restaurants, shops, bars, etc are located in between where you are staying and the Time Square. The beach is 7 houses down and about 3 minutes walk.
Pink Shell House: Ocean Level Beach Suite, Coral Reef Beach Suite and Blue Ray Beach Escape are about 3.5 miles away from Time Square. Trolley stop is near by. There a recouple of restaurants/bars in walking distance a couple of blocks away, but the activities and night life are closer to Time Square. The beach is 50 steps away, two houses down. You can see the water right after you park your car at the property. About 30 min from Fort Myers Airport
Cape Coral: It is residential area. Car is necessary. About 20 min from Fort Myers Airport
Smokey Mountains in Whittier, North Carolina: You are in the forest. Car is necessary, any car is OK, 4 wheeler is not necessary. Often, I take my low ride Lexus on the dirt roads there and it goes just fine, even in the rain.

You can always get a taxi that will take you from the airport to your accommodation. I personally use Pam Taxi. 239-234-4343 The taxi drivers drive as if it was New York City or the mother Russia. The drivers are knowledgeable about the area; they fast, aggressive, safe and professional.
As you arrive to your accommodation, welcome to use public transportation. Here is a bit more information about it
You can call LeeTran on (239) LEE-TRAN (533-8726) and I’m sure they would be happy to answer any questions you have.

The fares below reflect only cash fares and only for the trolley.

All Day Pass: $1.50

During peak tourism times, traffic onto and off the island can be very congested, and it can be much faster to ride the trolley as once it reaches the bridge at the north end of Estero Island, it has a dedicated trolley lane.

Bike or scooter maybe another alternative way to get around the island. The best way to experience the natural beauty of Fort Myers Beach is from the seat of your own bike. Fun Rentals offers the most complete, best maintained fleet of bikes that you’ll find anywhere!

Best Vacation Home Rental Agency Fort Myers Beach award 2015
Best Vacation Home Rental Agency Fort Myers Beach award 2015
Spending only little over one year in Florida and getting the award of being the best businesses in area sure makes me happy. Ella’s Vacation Rentals – Vacation Home Rental Agency award of 2015 given for in recognition of excellent service to the guests, marketing and overall business development is a good start.
Shortly after arriving to Florida an treating my new venture nothing but the hobby, I learned that I became one of the Top Vacation Home Agency at the beach. The interesting part is that I never treated my venture as the business. Most of the days, I spent here at the beach, under the shade of beautiful tropical trees, looking at the waters and white sand, drinking my fine Turkish coffee and typing away on my LabTop.
This quote that I came across this morning: “Stop chasing the money and start chasing the passion.” Tony Hsieh was my moto in life. I always dreamed on living by the ocean, but Pacific Ocean in Los Angeles was not just warm enough. The sand was white, but white enough… Here on the other coast, the west coast of Florida. It is very peaceful here.
Success is easy and come naturally.
“Success? I don’t know what that word means. I’m happy. But success, that goes back to what in somebody’s eyes success means. For me, success is inner peace. That’s a good day for me.” Denzel Washington
Kharma finds it way… If one is good, one is recognized..
Well, I am back to my swim suit and about to deep into the water…
Tuckaway Bagel and Wafel Cafe
Tuckaway Bagel and Wafel Cafe in Fort Myers Beach Florida
Wake up! Feel Fresh Air. Smile. Enjoy your life. What do you do when you wake up? – I drink coffee! The finest and the only place that serves an amazing quality cappuccino, which is strong and hot is Tuckaway Bagel and Wafel Cafe in Fort Myers Beach Florida. It is where I spend majority of my mornings, drinking fine coffee with my Natella Banana & sinamon bagel. The place has FREE INTERNET. The life can;t get any better. The shaded area covers the visitors from the sun. The smell of ocean and coffee mix!
The place has very little parking space, but for some unknown to me reason, I never have the problems to park, even in the high traffic season. I send all my guests who stay at Oceanic Blue Retreats vacation rentals there to enjoy the quality breakfast. I am very happy that the Island has no Starbucks and small mom and pop business flourished.
The coffee that they serve is very strong and keeps me going all day, running my vacation rentals. They claim to be European Cafe and I strongly agree to that statement, since the high quality coffee is hard to come by in Florida and most of the America. Well here is my shirt post about Tuckaway Bagel and Wafel Cafe in Fort Myers Beach Florida, a place that all must visit on their trip to Fort Myers Beach.
Enjoy!
Restfully,
Ella
South Beach Florida
South Beach Florida
Living my entire life is fast paste life, I often found South Beach Florida as a must stop destination even if it was for a day swimming or an evening dinner. Normally, I would head out to Caribbean, but this time it was South America. Last minute reservation at Betsy was a great pick. The trip to South America was spur of the moment and the hotel looked lovely online. The place is beautifully decorated with an intimate feel. The staff was courteous, friendly and well dressed. The location was perfect, right on Ocean Drive, steps from the park and beach, but several blocks away from the noisiest, most congested part of the deco district. The rooftop deck offers a great view, again away from the crowds, perfect for early morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Most of my South Beach Florida stops were last minute decision, hotel wise. All of them were unique and beautiful. Betcy was perfect because it was a calm and classy place, which did not bring up the urge to party, like I normally do when I am in South Beach Florida. This time, I had to safe all my energy for my up coming trip to South America.
“Situated at the edge of the Atlantic, The Betsy – South Beach is a refined, beachside haven located in the heart of South Beach and the only Forbes Four Star and AAA Four Diamond boutique hotel on Miami Beach” – taken off the Hotels Website.
Yes, the description is very accurate and I absolutely enjoyed my time and rested …
The Betsy Hotel is very quaint and peaceful in South Beach Florida. It will be definitely a repeat destination to visit on way to the islands…

10000 Islands Gulf of Mexico
10000 Islands Gulf of Mexico
Almost every weekend, I go down to Goodland (South of Naples), where I take my Jetski or a boat to enjoy my shirt get away. I have arrived to South West Florida about a year ago and after successfully starting my new business venture, I finally have the time to explore. My goal is to visit every single of 10000 Island Gulf of Mexico. Every island is unique, full of birds, crabs, and bugs. Some of them are surrounded by Mangroves and some have small strips of white sand beaches. There are a lot of gorgeous sand bars, where one should be careful and going on Jetski at 60 miles per hour. 10000 Island Gulf of Mexico are full of life. Millions of fish are jumping out of the water on left and right. The birds are staying close to catch that fish. If you to go there in low tide early in the morning, you can see of how all the animals are feeding.
The fish is just jumping out of the water and easily to catch with the bare hands. Of cause you must be fast! Well, I can brag about catching this size of fish, but hey I was not even trying. I released a little fellow right back and went to Roy’s Restaurant for dinner instead.
Below is another great shot of one of 10000 islands Gulf of Mexico. Sometimes, it is hard for me to tell if it is a sand bar or if it is an actual island. The view is changing as the currents go up and down and the tides are following.
I always up to a date with the tide website to see what would be the best time to go to the islands.
I enjoy my new life close to 10000 islands Gulf of Mexico: swim, tan, bird watching, discovering, views of waters and nature, white sand bars, etc
Life is beautiful. Traveling adds a whole new perspective to it and truly shows the value of life. Many forget to stop the busy life, and enjoy what truly matters. It is a luxury to be able to escape the hassle and stress and look deep inside of one self to see what does one need to be happy? The fresh air, the sun, the breeze, the nature around you, the life….
enjoy your life, for it is beautiful
South West Florida
Welcome to South West Florida
I always try to follow only one rule-perfect location, for picking my subsequent vacation. Through this aspect, the last travel that I made in southwest Florida ended up being exceptional. The Southwest Florida is the finest stunning location for vacation destination due to its sandy beaches, clean water, relaxed weather, and enchanted natural environments.
I was completely thrilled as well as charmed to find out, on my very first trip to this oceanic location several months ago, that the ecological explorations of Southwest Florida, was also a rich tone natural luxury. I guess tourism in this natural and fascinated location is contributing the country’s economy broadly.
It’s obvious that numerous seasonal residents as well as intelligent investors turn to Southwest Florida due to its natural wonder, comfortable weather, clear sea water and white sandy beach for their next vacation home. In Southwest Florida, you can present your family members the nice beaches, breathtaking natural wonder, access to entertaining activities, quality amenities, golf courses and safe communities.
Due to hot atmosphere, South West Florida is a well-liked tourist location for all aged people, despite the weather of South west Florida is tempered sometimes by the truth that absolute no region of South west Florida is actually far away from the sea.
Many recreational areas, amazing eco-destinations, miles of ocean and bird shelters are the most features of South west Florida. You can offer never-ending opportunity for the nature enthusiast in yours-like hearing the tweet of different birds- Palm Warblers, egrets, Woodpecker, herons, Ibises and pelicans, and, hatching of sea tortoises.
There are miles of beaches in Southwest Florida which can fulfill your longing for nature lover in you. On my short journey in Southwest Florida, I didn’t forget to take the smell of the beaches of Fort Myer, Bonita, Sarasota, Naples and Bradenton.
When you’re trying to find entertaining in the sunshine, there is certainly lots to be enjoyed on the beach around the Ft Myers spot. You’ll take pleasure in white-sand beaches, environmental explorations, artistic spot, and luxurious market places and high standard restaurants. I think you’ll say I am in love with the Fort Myer Beach.
I always dream of a vacation on the Bonita beaches. My dream has been coming into true. If you’ve never seen a sea sunset, Bonita must not let down you. Bonita beach is the dream for not only me but also all the tourists who desire to excavate their toes into the warmness of Florida seashore. Another wonder of nature that may be you will be able to see the frequently hatching of tortoises.
Indeed, southwest Florida most likely presents the finest possibility of finding what you are always dreamed of. Southeast Florida is always charming and an exact location what you look for when the anxiety of snowfall and freezing weather conditions get the finest of you. Southwest Florida here is all you expect to re- gain your spirit!
Private Island Useppa
I love traveling and do it very time I get an opportunity. This weekend, my destination was Private Island Useppa.
Private Island Useppa is one mile long and a third of a mile wide. Yet it manages to host hundreds of exquisite creatures and inimitable landscape. I was walking down the pass way surrounded by the archways of banyan trees, and many beautiful and exotic flowers and other tropical vegetation, The truly tropical island, the smell, the colors, the sooting sound of the waters surrounding the land…all was perfect. It reminded me one of my childhood dreams when I was dreaming to find myself on the deserted island full of lash of tropics and here I was!
The only way you can get to this private island of Useppa is only by the boat or a ferry. From day one, Useppa has been the premier private home port and fabulous destination for the cruising yachtsman on the west coast of Florida.
The island is very small however there is so much to do!
Do you like to fish? If this is what yo unlike to do you will find some of the world’s finest tarpon, snook, and redfish angling, which is easily accessible by boat and yacht or fishing kayaks which we have for rent at Joseffa’s store. Fishing charters are also available near private island Useppa.
Do you like to go Kayaking? Great! During your stay on the island you will have the opportunity to visit the islands and beaches by kayaking!
Maybe you feel like Croquet or Tennis? The beautiful Florida sunshine and breeze makes for an ideal venue for those activities.
Cayo Costa State Park is only a boat ride away from Useppa Island. Taking a day trip to the park is a fun way to explore more of this hidden oasis. The 2,426 acre park has nine miles of pristine beach and is known as a Gulf Cost paradise. Yet the island of Useppa is not too bad itself. The surrounding beauty truly impressed me. The huge trees were on left and right.
I think this was one of my favorite times on the island. I was mesmerized by the massive size and stable grounding on a such small island. Those trees stood strong during the hurricanes!
And Here is me on the tree! My friend Ryan took this picture for me. My passion is photography. I took tons of more pictures, which can be viewed on my Instagram: http://instagram.com/oceanicblueretreats/
