Florida Best Property Management

Today’s thoughts that I put in writing is about Florida Best Property Management service.  A bit over a year ago, I arrived to Florida.  Soon Ella’s Vacation Rentals was recognized as the Best Vacation Rental Home Agency in Fort Myers Beach. The property that I put up on market is almost booked solid for the entire 2015 season.  It is only August 2015.  Many of the guests that stayed with me last year are returning.  Some did not remember the listing number and simple Googled my name, Ella.  Others have told me that their friends and family member highly recommended me.   Here is the Calendar for 2015:

I was not considering myself as Florida Best Property Management place, but my guests game me the recognition.  Thus, I would like to thank every one for the kind words, five star reviews, the respect, consideration and most importantly loyalty.  Loyalty pays off!  The vacation rental rates are going up each year and this year, I am renting the place at a way higher price.  My success is shown in high profit numbers deposited into my bank account.  Thus, to all my loyal guests, I offer a bit of the discount.  Here, I give my personal thank you to my loyal guests, who helped me to become the Florida Best Property Management place.

Dear Susan, you were one of my best guests in regards to being very personable. When you staid at the cabin, it felt my you were my dear friend, as we had out conversations in regards to the road, you driving on it, the nature, etc. I am glad that you enjoy staying at the North Carolina Cabin.  Please call me at any time, I would love to give you my personal welcoming to the Smokey Mountains!  Can’t wait till your next visit in October!

Dear Steven, you are one of my best guests in regards to operating just like me, direct, efficient and quick.  I always admire your prompt cash payments when you managed to fill-in all my un-occupied days!  I always happy to accommodate your business / executive lifestyle on your short notice.

Unlike most Property Management companies, I don’t really represent the home.  My way of operating brings me to my success.

I represent the guest/the traveller/ the nomadic gypsy type creature.  I find humanity fascinating and I am thrilled to communicate to each of my guests.

The business side of it:  Guest is the one who pays hefty rate for the accommodations, thus bring the profit/income to the owner of the accommodation.  If the guest is not happy, the profit is gone.  The business will not make it.  Do I treat is as a business?  There was nothing in my life that I did I treated as the business.  Every project, I was involved in, I put my heart to it, and injected with my passion.  I am ruled by Passion, until the day of when, I am not 🙂

What my guests are passionate about? Are my guests happy?   Do my guest have their dream vacation in mind?  What do I do to get them close to their dream?   Many of you I had an honor to met in person.
