My intention is to provide high-standard, luxurious accommodations at affordable prices. For those who may require more assistance, I offer concierge services for an additional fee. Since I was 15, I have traveled independently all over the world, and often had many questions and no one to answer them. To that end, I have endeavored to provide my guests with ample information. Below is a list of general questions, and their respective answers, that I get asked every day. Q: When is the best time to reach you?
A: During my business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- E-mail is the preferred method of communication, via the venue or site which you used to make your reservation. For example, if it is AirBnB, please use the e-mail thread that was initiated at the beginning of the booking. This way I know who you are and where you are staying. Also, everything is on record.
- Please text me via the direct number provided with the reservation. Please include your name, where you are staying, and the dates of your visit. I host over 200 guests per month, and receive thousands of texts without proper initial information. This results in delays.
- You may telephone me, but it may take me some time to respond to my voicemails.
Q: What if I need to reach you during non-business hours, or on the weekends?
A: Between 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM, I try to keep current with my e-mails and texts, though I have to do so between other activities, such as eating, shopping, or spending time with friends.
In the middle of the night I sleep, like most other people. I have actually received calls during this time requesting me to bring an extra towel or blanket. This is a private residence, which is why the rates are lower than those of a hotel.

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
Q: What is the closest airport?
A: Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), about 18 miles, a 30-minute drive.
Q: Can you recommend a taxicab company?
A: I use Pam Taxi (239-234-4343). Fares to the airport run about $40 to $60. Fast and reliable, Pam Taxi also has limousines available.
Q: Do you have bicycles?

Q: I am taking a cruise from Fort Lauderdale or Miami. How close are you?
A: one and a half-hour drive across the state, on the West Coast.
Q: Where do I pick up the key?
A: All lock code combinations are e-mailed after booking has been completed.
Q: Do I have to call you after I arrive?
A: It’s not necessary, but if you’d like, then text me with your name and the property that you are renting.
Q: How about notifying you when I depart?
A: Again, not necessary, but feel free if you’d like to tell me how your stay was.
Q: What if I arrive late at night or early in the morning?
A: All of the locations have code locks for 24/7 access.
Q: May I check in early or late?
A: Assuming that the unit is not occupied, an early check-in can be arranged. Late check-ins are slightly more complicated if there are other guests arriving or departing the same day, but with two days’ notice I can likely accommodate this situation as well.
N.B. Early check-in and late check-out are between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM and only with my approval. If you arrive at or depart from the unit without my prior permission, an additional day’s charge will be deducted from your security deposit.
Q: What if I’m locked out?
A: After booking the unit, you will receive instructions regarding how to operate the lock. 99% of the time, the problem is due to user error, not a faulty lock. In the unlikely event that the lock is broken, please call me. I will try to respond during evenings and weekends, but if I am unable to do so, please call a lock smith.
Q: May I use the back yard?
A: Yes, it is a common area.
Q: May I use the barbecue?
Q: Do you have 24/7 check-in?
A: Yes, provided that you do so within the hours of your reservation.
Q: May I park my car?
A: Yes. Free parking is available.
Q: May I bring more than two cars?
A: If the unit is a condo, there will be one spot per rental place, plus an extra first-come, first-served spot. If the place is a house or a cabin, you are welcome to have as many cars as you want.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: There is a strict NO PETS policy. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an extra cleaning fee taken out of your security deposit.
Q: What if it is a service animal, and I have the papers to prove it?
A: No. The unit is a private accommodation and a special cleaning fee, based on the cost to shampoo, steam and de-flea the carpeting and furniture will be assessed if you bring any type of pet.
Q: I am highly allergic to cats and/or dogs. Can you guarantee that all of your properties are
A: Yes. The cleaning crew is trained to detect this.
Q: Do you have play and pack, cribs, or other baby gear?
A: No, but feel free to visit my baby gear rental place. They deliver, but only to Florida.
Q: Are your units child-proof?
A: No. We welcome all children, but those under 13 may not be left unattended.
Q: Do you have beach toys?
A: Pink Shell House (Ocean Level Beach Suite, Blue Ray Beach Escape and Coral Reef Beach Suite) has lots of kids’ toys.
Q: Do you rent to college students?
A: Yes, and most people call me crazy! I love hosting youths. When I was young, I took all of my Spring Breaks seriously, and I remember what it was like. So I welcome you all.
Q: What is your age requirement?
A: As long as you don’t need a baby sitter, you’re in! But seriously, 18+ are welcome, but please contact me for a separate set of terms and conditions so that you can get your security deposit back.
Q: When do I get my deposit back?
A: The security deposit is returned within one to seven days, depending on which venue you use to book the property. The deposit return is set on automatic. In the event that I put a stop on it, I will definitely inform you. If you don’t receive your deposit back within two weeks, please contact me.
Q: May I get my security deposit back sooner?
A: If you contact me and advise me that you are departing then I can refund the deposit within 24 hours, pending inspection of the property.
Q: May I smoke inside?
A: No, but there are plenty of ash trays OUTSIDE.
Q: Do you have a washer and dryer?
A: Yes. Some properties have free laundry facilities, while others are coin-operated. For more information, please click on the link for the specific property that you are renting.
Q: May I clean the unit myself, so that I can save on the cleaning fee?
Q: I paid the cleaning fee, so will my towels and linens be changed daily?
A: No. The one-time cleaning fee does not include daily cleaning. The cleaning crew can oblige daily requests, but there will be an extra charge for each time.
