On occasion I get an equity or a few from the travelers, who are asking me about how far the World Disney is.  The answer is relevant.  For some people, such as myself, it is very close.  Florida is a small state, that I drive across West East and back quite often.  For those who love the road trips and adventure, the drive is perfect.  It is taking you through the Alligator Alley. The name of the road is there for a reason.  Not only you can visit the Everglades on your way, but maybe spot a nice looking alligator, sunbathing in the tropical lush.  For those who do not like to drive, adventure and exploration it is highly advisable to get the accommodation in Orlando. 

World Disney is number one destination of the entire world. It is every traveler’s dream.   No matter your age, everyone should experience the magic of Walt Disney World at least once in their lifetime! There are no words to describe the sheer joy on my children’s and  grandchildren’s faces when they actually got to meet their favorite princesses and characters!

My suggestions for a great World Disney experience:

Research Disney special offers a few months before you plan to take your vacation. Special Disney deals often have a “book by” date.   Do your homework before you go and prepare a basic itinerary. Find out the early/late magic hours and parade and special show times for each park, and investigate dining options in each park including character dining. Make reservations before you go so you aren’t disappointed because they have no availability, or you can’t be seated until 10pm, which is two hours past your 6 year old’s bed time. A little bit of pre-planning on your part, makes your vacation very enjoyable.  Use Disney transportation as much as possible.

I highly recommend going in the spring or summer, because it is COLD in January

World Disney always a ‘must visit’ when in Orlando as I can guarantee there is something new that has been added since my last visit. ‘It’s a Small World’ reminds us of the reality of living; Pirates of the Caribbean and Swiss Family Robinson are historical.

It is a world of fantasy filled with four completely different theme parks namely – Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot & Hollywood Studios , which are really full of fun. So, enjoy the exciting rides, attractions & characters and had unbelievable experience of magic & adventure..

Welcome! Your trip is approaching and here a bit more info:

 

Check-in is 4:00 PM

Check-out is 11:00AM. 

ADDRESS: 1511 High st., Fort Myers, FL 33916

KEY: The key is located in the little white mailbox, right next to the front entrance French Door. In the event if your family needs more then one key, the code to unlock the door is 1511 and to lock, just press the lock symbol in the middle. Sometimes it take two attempts to make it work.

SECURITY SYSTEM:  I have ADT 24/7 monitored security system.  Instructions are attached.  In case if you do not feel comfortable to DisArm it the first time, please let me know.  I can remotely DisArm it prior your arrival.  Please be careful and do not set it off by accident.

Note: Rules and Terms are inside of the place. Please be respectful to the place. I am laid back. I take damage deposit only for the major staff, so if you happen to break a plate or a glass, do not worry, mistakes do happen. Guest Access

Welcome to Florida Accommodations.  The guest have access to the entire place that they are booking.  The address and the access code, the WiFi info are normally e-mailed to you closer to one’s arrival. 

There are set of instructions of how to open the locks, where the washing & drier machine provided in the welcoming letter as well as in the printed format inside of each suite.

The backyards, BBQs, outside tables, chairs, lounges, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kids toys (if any) are for the common use.  There are normally at least two BBQs per each property.  Some are gas and some are charcoal. In the event if there is no gas, please notify me immediately and I will send someone to take care of it. I never had it happened, but I want yo to feel comfortable that all is good.

Parking spot is one per the reserved place, unless you are renting the entire house, then the parking is unlimited.  There maybe one extra spot on occasion, fist come first serve.  If you arrive and there is no spot for you, please notify me immediately and I will sort it out for you.  You may also refer to the manual inside to your neighbors, so they will comply with it. Which ever is faster and or you feel comfortable with.   I normally do not have any problems, most of my travelers so far have been respectful and courteous.
