. . . 50 paces from where you park your vehicle take you to the soft, white sands and the peaceful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The house is situated on the largest strip of sand at Fort Myers Beach. You will be close to beautiful Lovers Key State Park, and just three miles from the bustling bar scene of Time Square. For just $.50, you can hop on the trolley nearby and ride into town, if you fancy bar-hopping.
The bedrooms are comfortable and relaxing. I personally like to open the windows in the morning so that the fresh air and sunshine fill the place. It’s a little slice of heaven.
The living room’s light and dark blue décor bestows a tranquil ambiance, while the designer furniture is stylish and practical. In the living room is a 100% leather couch that folds out into a bed. Perfect for family gatherings, the living room comfortably accommodates six.
Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a romantic getaway, Blue Ray Beach Escape Suite is ideal. The gorgeous South Florida scenery will catch your eyes the moment that you pull into the driveway. Take a stroll along the glittering white beach and see the amazing scenery.
The neighborhood:
There is a house called Pink Shell, which has three suites: Ocean Level Beach Suite (three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms), Coral Reef Beach Suite (two bedrooms, one bathroom), and Blue Ray Beach Escape Suite (two bedrooms, one bathroom). If you have a large party traveling together or a sizeable group of friends, consider renting an additional suite. How about Spring Break or Thanksgiving? Please ask me to give you a little discount for renting an extra suite.
Interested in for rent by owner accommodations? One major advantage is that you’re located far enough from the traffic of major roads. So slip into your flip flops and hit the beach; you’re in paradise! We provide a variety of beach equipment, located in a nearby outside storage unit. You’ll find beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards and even books. Spend the day at the beach, frolicking in the waves, building sand castles, or watching the dolphins, manatees and sting rays. You can walk to the nearby bars and restaurants, or take advantage of the BBQ grills (charcoal and gas) at Pink Shell House.
One of my recommendations for restaurants would be Charley Boat House and Grill, where the prices are reasonable, the quality is above average, and the salad bar comes with every main dish. The portions are good-sized, and the meals are expertly prepared by a talented chef. You can choose to sit by a window where you can actually watch the fish swimming by. Crab Pinchers is another good place, also within walking distance. Crab Pinchers is a bar, but tame enough for family dining. All of the other places, including the grocery store, are easily reached by foot. For the grocery store, however, you’ll probably want a car to bring the groceries back.
Two of my favorite eateries when I am in Fort Myers Beach are Tuckaway Bagel and Waffle Coffee Shop and Heavenly Biscuits. The former always has fresh bagels and strong cappuccino (perfect for Europeans). The latter doesn’t serve cappuccino, but has good coffee, homemade pastries, walnut rolls and chanson rolls at reasonable prices. A decent breakfast there will run you approximately $5. I would be remiss not to mention the Royal Scoop Ice Cream Shop, which is open late hours, and perfect for a family outing or a romantic date.
