Beach Vacation Rentals

. . . Are you looking for beach vacation rentals? . . . Need a place to stay? . . . The three-bedroom, one-bathroom Royal Blue Beach Suite . . .

The Royal Blue Beach Suite is located a few houses from the white shores of the Gulf of Mexico, where the bleached sand blends majestically with the turquoise sea. The waters teem with all manner of fish, and sand dollars, embedded in the ocean floor, wait for curious collectors to scoop them up. Located on the top (second) floor of the three-unit building, the Royal Blue Beach Suite has two sundecks, in front and back, respectively. You can cook the fresh fish that you catch on the BBQ that I placed there, or go to the nearby market instead.

The kitchen is furnished with spotless white cabinets, a new stainless steel refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and sufficient pots, pans and other sundries which you may require. I try to run my establishment with a bed-and-breakfast feel.

Spacious, bright and full of sunshine, the living room has windows on either side that enable a gentle breeze to pass through. The white, 100% leather couch folds out into a bed that accommodates two.

Two of the bedrooms are located near the bathroom, while the third one, equipped with French doors, affords a little more privacy and has access to the rear sun deck. My guests will never want for clean towels and linens.

Wake up with a cup of fresh, hot coffee, black or with cream and sugar. Or maybe you’d rather spend the day lounging on the beach. You worked hard all year, now rest easy.

. . . Enjoy Ella’s vacation beach rentals.

My favorite piece of furniture is the aforementioned white, 100% leather lounge chair, an ideal spot to sit while reading a book. What was the last book that you read? I love reading, and have some books that you may borrow. I am also an artist, and hand-pick glass objets d’art to decorate my rental properties.

I am a frugal foodie, and appreciate the convenience of local eateries, several of which are near the Royal Blue Beach Suite. My guest book includes directions to the best restaurants on the Estero island. For breakfast, my recommendations are Heavenly Biscuit and Tucked Away Bagel Coffee Shop.

Both are within walking distance, and offer a good breakfast for under $10. The former is a few houses away, and resembles a cottage. They serve tasty, homemade fare. Heavenly Biscuit accepts only cash. Tucked Away Bagel Coffee Shop is a little farther at just under half a mile, and they brew the most delicious cappuccino.

A car is not necessary, as there are ample transportation alternatives. The grocery store is around the corner, just a brief walk. For other destinations you can rent a bicycle or a scooter, or take advantage of the nearby trolley stop, which will take you to the heart of the night life in the Time Square (downtown Fort Myers Beach/Pier).

The ubiquitous Gulf Coast breeze is warm and refreshing. Don’t forget to smile. You’re in southwest Florida.

The warm, tranquil waters await you. I stock our place with everything that you might need after a day of sun bathing and swimming, such as aloe and cocoa butter. The laundry detergent and softener are either located inside your unit, or outside by the washer and dryer. You can freshen up your swimming suits or anything else that you want. Don’t worry about tracking sand inside, as the tile floors can be easily cleaned, which we will do cheerfully after your departure. Enjoy your life: explore, discover, escape.

Free WiFi. You can watch TV –cable, Net Flix- and the instructions for accessing them, as well as for accessing the Internet, can be found in each unit. But wouldn’t you rather escape these modern distractions while on vacation? Take a fishing trip, visit nearby Sanibel or Captiva islands, look for fancy seashells. How about watching dolphins or manatees? Or going to the Everglades? When was the last time that you saw an alligator? TV will be waiting for you when you get home.
